  • Responsibility for the Group corporate marketing and recruitment activity with a focus on enhancing the reputation of the group and the development of the member brands.
  • Define and oversee the student recruitment conversion plans across Further Education and Higher Education.
  • Oversee the development of collaborative partnerships with overseas institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy.
  • Spearhead the promotion of the organisation's brand to maximise visibility.
  • Direct the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and success.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.

Profile
