Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Identify & engage key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Generate, research, and qualify new leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Reach out to outbound prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark interest
  • Qualify inbound leads, understanding their needs and positioning Cognexo effectively
  • Develop personalised outreach strategies to nurture both warm and cold prospects
  • Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Liaise with the sales team, scheduling meetings and ensuring a smooth handover of leads
  • Analyse performance data, track outreach success, and optimise lead generation efforts
  • Stay informed about industry trends and Cognexo’s offerings to communicate value effectively

Skills/Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred but not essential)
