Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor Team is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Ilkley. We are currently supporting the business in their search for a Press Brake Setter & Operator.

Working Hours & Pay
  • Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:15 pm
  • Hourly Rate: £15.29 basic
  • Salary: £29,417.96 + £2,941.79 shift allowance = £32,359.75
  • Overtime: 1.5x basic rate
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate the brake press machine with precision.
  • Produce quality products, consistently meeting and exceeding quality standards.
  • Read and work with engineering drawings to ensure precise results.
  • Knowledge of Bystronic presses
  • Perform bench fitting and fabrication duties as required.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained or time-served in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with precision.
  • Skilled in using measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Experience in bench fitting and fabrication (advantageous).
