Our client is a National Real Estate provider, having had a presence within the UK property market for over 150 years as well as having a Global presence, they have offices throughout all the major cities across the UK.
Due to an increase in their current work load they are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering both professional and project management services to their varied client base.
Responsibilities:
• Taking and being responsible for instructions, from inception through to completion, reporting to a director
• Working as part of a regional and national team for the delivery of instructions, primarily to our corporate accounts
• Supporting Directors and Senior Surveyors with their current workload
Qualifications:
• Degree in Building Surveying
• Full clean driving licence
• A minimum of 2 years previous experience (sandwich placement included)
This role would suit a candidate who has recently Graduated and has gained either no experience or a years’ experience in industry as part of a sandwich year placement.
In return you will have the opportunity to work on a varied and interesting workload and receive a full and structured program to enable you to be able to work through your APC and achieve MRICS status.
