Senior Structural Revit Technician- Leeds

My client, a leading employee-owned firm of technical specialists within Civil and Structural Engineering, is seeking to expand their team due to an increasing workload and a growing client base. They are currently looking for a BIM Manager/Senior Structural Revit Technician to join their dynamic team in Leeds.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to work on project delivery at the highest standard, communicate efficiently with design team members, and demonstrate technical competence in the modelling and draughting of building structures to current design standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the BIM Manager and lead all drafting elements within the company.
- Demonstrate significant experience in 3D modelling and Revit project delivery for a variety of building structure projects across different construction sectors.
- Coordinate technician staff workload and uphold best practice drafting protocols.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure projects are delivered to completion within a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
- Communicate effectively in meetings with external members of the design team.
- Use AutoCAD and Revit software effectively to produce high-quality work.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to act as a BIM Manager, leading and coordinating technician staff.
- Extensive experience with 3D modelling and Revit, particularly in structural projects.
- Ability to manage workload across a team of technicians.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both within a team and with clients.
- Ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining the highest standards of drafting.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit software is essential.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
