Site Manager needed to oversee internals package on new build apartments close to Leeds centre. Duties will include QA on works, Supervision of subcontractors, DABS, working to RAMS and progress reporting to an on site PM.

Requirements for this role:

- SMSTS, CSCS

- Experience managing internals packages on high rise commercial or residential

- Experience with Tier 1 or reputable regional contractors

- Experiences on large scale projects of values £40m +
