This role will also involve hands-on design work, contributing to the company's growth and project success.The ideal candidate will be a Senior Design Engineer with a strong background working on building / construction projects and a desire to progress into a management role. - Oversee and manage design teams and processes
- Identify design needs and manage projects effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the development of design processes
- Supporting the handover of designs to the project manager and main contractor
The Person
- Proven experience in construction design or building design
- Experience in a specific construction project area (mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, or architectural)
- Degree or equivalent in related engineering field
- Proficiency with Autodesk software
