Are you a Project Manager with FMCG experience??

Do you like the idea of shaping the development of a customer centric business/industry?

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage projects across several departments with a focus on managing multiple stakeholders both inside and outside the business.

Candidates must have knowledge/experience of stage gating and retail/wholesale experience.

What will the role involve?

  • Facilitating projects ensuring smooth delivery throughout.
  • Ensuring all projects are rolled out effectively whilst engaging the team.
  • Managing various projects from different workstreams with different business areas and stakeholders.
  • Understanding resource requirements for delivery of projects and support relevent stakeholders in communication and scope management.
  • Working with the cross functional teams and other areas of the business to analyse data to make data driven decisions.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst still allowing the business to operate at pace with continued growth.
  • Ability to foresee and identify issues/risks and raise these appropriately with suggestions on how to overcome.
  • Key projects include NPD, system implementation, supply chain optimisation and third-party partner interactions.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in a Project Management role, leading multiple projects at any time.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience of bringing together a diverse range of knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to lead with a desire to work at all levels within a project.
  • Ability to multitask whilst moving across various projects.
  • Good influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Project Management qualification highly desirable.
