Our client, a top leisure company is seeking a proactive Property Project Manager to oversee a wide range of property developments. This new role has been created to support ongoing business growth, involving the project management of both new properties and refurbishments.

Role Overview:As the Property Project Manager, you'll manage an extensive pipeline of property projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate with third-party suppliers and internal teams, ensuring all projects meet statutory compliance and business needs. Additionally, you'll handle property-related requests from various departments, using your design skills with AutoCAD (training available if needed) to bring a variety of property projects to life.
