We are a specialist joinery manufacture near Leeds that produce a various products from high end bar & back bars to doors & frames to an high standard so looking for aPolisherto perform a variety of finishing and polishing tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a joinery manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Polishing and finishing of joinery items, and other materials to meet quality standards
- Preparation of manufactured joinery and materials ready to apply approved finishers.
- Maintaining the proper operation of equipment and maintaining the work area
- Cleaning and maintaining polishing equipment and extraction
- Performing quality control inspections on products
- Completing paperwork associated with the production process
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- Experiance of spray polishing / painting with in joinery industry.
- Can work to a high standard and on schedule.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
