Time 4 Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of the UK`s largest maintenance and service contractors.  We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Contracts Manager in Yorkshire– working on a contract with a leading Social Housing provider and are looking to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver Planned Works to tenanted social housing properties in Hull, Sheffield and Barnsley. 

All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, including internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens / bathroom We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor who can work within a team to deliver the contract.

As Contracts Manager you will have a determined and motivated attitude, You will be instrumental in managing the contract and leading a team. As Contracts Manager you will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the group’s success.

This permanent role will suit a candidates who lives in Hull, Sheffield and Barnsley. You must have previous experience working as a manager on kitchen and bathroom installations, 

Contracts Manager key requirement for this role include:

  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified.
  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projects.
  • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget.
  • Focus on quality, customer service and deliver.
  • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works.
  • Client and tenant satisfaction
  • Process Management
  • Management of the customer
  • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract.
  • Customer liaison skills

As Contracts Manager your will, be rewarded a competitive salary, £40,0000 to £50,0000 per year based on skillset and experience plus Car allowance of 4k– 6k. 31 days holidays including public holidays which increases with length of service.  There is paid maternity and paid paternity leave.
