Job Description:

Working on a hybrid basis, you will manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Conducting thorough title checks, property searches, and reviewing contracts.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
• Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

?

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with conveyancing software and case management systems.
