- Offering mentorship and conducting regular reviews with apprentices and their line managers
- Ensuring compliance with all assessment and portfolio requirements, adhering to funding partner guidelines
- Staying up to date with changes to apprenticeship standards, qualifications, and assessments
- A recognised assessor qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, etc.
- Ideally, a teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or similar
- Proven experience in delivering Management and Business Administration apprenticeships up to Level 5
- Experience or knowledge of the business administration sector is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using online platforms for training delivery
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel to learners and employer sites
