E-Learning Coordinator

£30,000 - £35,000

Elevation Recruitment group are working with a growing and successful E-learning provider to recruit for an E-learning coordinator to join their expanding team.

As an E-Learner Coordinator, you’ll oversee the production of e-learning content, ensuring deliverables meet customer specifications, timelines, and budgets, while upholding quality and fostering innovation. This role requires strong organisational, communication, and collaborative skills.

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and milestones to maintain quality standards
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with external subcontractors (IDs, graphic designers, QA, etc.) and monitor progress across projects
  • Quality Assurance: Support proofreading, quality checks, and testing to ensure high standards
  • Data and Reporting: Collect and use data to inform team and client decisions, reporting on trends and recurring issues

Key Requirements

  • Skills: Organised, proactive, with strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and communication skills
  • Experience: Background in production management or working with creative teams, familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Kanbanize, and experience with e-learning authoring and quality checking
  • Desirable: Experience in e-learning production, converting in-person courses to online, and knowledge of learning principles and AI applications in e-learning
