Learning Solutions Manager

Location: Office is in Leeds City Centre, but the work is mainly remote with occasional office visits.Salary: £50,000 + Benefits

POST- Recruitment are working with a leading organisation in the digital learning space to find an experienced Learning Solutions Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge learning strategies on an award-winning platform.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between technical teams and clients, ensuring seamless integration of innovative learning solutions. If you have a passion for digital learning, stakeholder engagement, and project management, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Lead the design and delivery of learning solutions aligned with business and client objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams and clients to implement effective digital learning strategies.
• Manage end-to-end learning projects, overseeing development, deployment, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners.
• Leverage learning technologies and data analytics to enhance engagement and training effectiveness.
• Provide strategic consultancy on best practices in digital learning.

• Proven experience in learning & development, instructional design, or digital learning solutions.
• Strong track record of managing digital learning projects.
• Ability to translate business and client needs into effective learning solutions.
• Experience liaising between technical teams and clients.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, LMS management, and learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation in learning & development.

• £50,000 salary
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (plus additional holiday each year of service, up to 3 extra days)
