Our client is a longstanding creative consultancy in Leeds. They're on the lookout for a Senior Account Director to work on an established health and beauty client (retail & online). This is no ordinary Senior Account Director role. We're looking for a commercially savvy superstar who is used to working with senior client decision makers (business owners) and who can own relationships and projects with excellent strategy and problem solving skills. The role wouldn't suit someone who is overly corporate - you'll need to be able to think outside the box, to be happy to challenge clients and come up with new ideas that will drive growth. It's likely that you'll be from a creative or integrated agency environment but we are happy to consider in-house/clientside candidates too. The role isn't a one dimensional client services one, you'll be involved in all kinds of business consultancy as much as brand development so you'll be adept at looking at the overall big picture that clients face. The role is Leeds based and the team is in the office for 2 days a week.
