We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic credit control team supporting our Paris office.About the Role: As a Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maximising client turnover and minimising bad debts. You will be responsible for managing high-value, high-volume invoice clients, ensuring efficient and professional credit control processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support credit control activities for the Paris office.
  • Communicate fluently in French, both spoken and written.
  • Work with high-value clients to ensure timely payments and minimise bad debts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Performing general administrative tasks related to credit control.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a credit control, preferably within a law firm or fast-paced industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
