Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a Credit Controller on behalf of a Global Professional Services business, based in Leeds City Centre and offering hybrid working.
Working as part of a successful team, the role will have a strong focus on minimizing bad debts. This is a great opportunity for someone who is happy working within a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include, however not be limited to;
- Day to day management of your assigned ledger, with an aim for reducing outstanding debt
- Building relationships and ensuring the collection policy is adhered to
- Identifying clients that default on payment terms
- Maintaining detailed and accurate notes regarding debtors and ensuring the team leader is equipped with the relevant data on the Credit Controller's assigned ledger
The successful candidate will have;
- A strong background within a Credit Control role
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and produce quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with effective negotiation skills
- The ability to deal with confidential matter with discretion
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Salary is up to £29,000 including; Discretionary annual bonus & Annual salary reviews
