A fast-growing and highly popular fashion retail brand is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. With a strong market presence, the company has recently launched a cutting-edge consumer app and a loyalty points programme, creating exciting opportunities to enhance customer experience and long-term brand affinity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM & Loyalty Executive to shape the brand's customer engagement strategy, ensuring customers stay connected and rewarded. Working closely with the customer service and marketing teams, you will manage targeted, data-driven campaigns and optimise customer journeys across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute personalised CRM and loyalty campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Manage and refine the global CRM calendar to ensure timely, relevant customer communications
- Lead customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation strategies
- Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to craft engaging, brand-aligned content
- Build and optimise automation workflows using segmentation and behavioural triggers
- Leverage insights from the app and loyalty programme to enhance customer experience and retention
- Analyse campaign performance, monitoring key metrics such as engagement, redemption rates, and ROI
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve loyalty and retention strategies
- 3+ years' experience in a CRM, loyalty, or customer retention role, ideally in e-commerce for fashion, beauty, health, or wellness
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty programmes, and CRM best practices
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Proficiency in CRM and automation platforms, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer insights and adjust strategies accordingly
- Experience with app-based customer engagement and subscription models is a plus
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + benefits
