Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be supporting clients that are going through the remortgage process handling a variety of enquiries ensuring these are resolved promptly and efficiently alongside towards service level agreements.

You will be handling a high volume of calls mainly inbound and will be working alongside a team of caseworkers to chase up documentation and information required for the file.

The role will be working in a busy contact centre based environment ensuring the remortgage process is as smooth as possible and the highest level of support is provided!

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Able to work in a demanding and busy environment

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Able to work under pressure and towards set timescales

An excellent team player
