Duties and responsibilities
- Run the service export reports and make sure they are correct and up to date
- Inputting data onto the system
- Ensure all company documents used are compliant
- Monitoring and actioning any new Tickets within 24 hours
- Follow GDPR regulations
- Cancellation of any direct debits
- Handling incoming calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction at every touch point.
- Interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
- Maintenance of records and filing
- Arranging development calls for surveys
