We are working with a marketing agency who are based in Leeds who are looking to recruit a part time, administrator to support the team. Providing administration support to the wider team 2 days a week; this is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and busy, creative setting. No two weeks will be the same, so a flexible and adaptable attitude is key for this role; key duties will include;
- Supporting the team on all projects
- Logging all costs of projects
- Review and supporting on all projects
- Generating reports
- Raising invoices
- Proof reading of documents
- File management- managing all artwork
This is a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced setting, working in the office 1-2 days a week, the successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in account and/or project management within a design or brand agency would be great but not essential
- Excellent administration skills
- A natural multitasker who can navigate challenges with creativity
- Collaborative Communicator
- Strong understanding of MS Office & Adobe packages
