The Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator

  • Order Processing - accurately process customer orders, with relevant quantities, prices and charges. Manage orders to meet Customer's known requirements, to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in full. Manage Customer expectations in a pro-active manner via telephone/email
  • Customer Queries - Ensure customer queries/concerns/complaints are answered and logged where appropriate in the relevant databases. Manage Customers' expectations in a proactive manner and assisting with their queries through to resolution.
  • Departmental Procedures - To ensure that all procedures are met, relevant correspondence and documentation is filed appropriately and databases maintained

What are we looking for in a Customer Service Administrator

  • Great communications skills written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated and resilient
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential
