Customer Service Administrator

£23,540 + Hybrid Working, 2 days office, 3 days WFH

This is the chance to start a career as a Customer Service Administrator, it's an entry level role so they are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm who wants to join a company that can offer consistent career development opportunities.

Your role will be phone based on a dialler system managing calls in and out of the business as the first point of contact, these calls could be around queries, checking balances, asking for further information and you are expected to handle this and respond professionally.

Full training will be provided as part of the training academy to ensure you have all the skills and confidence to handle requests.

For any queries that may need to be escalated you would simply take the information and pass across to your team leader.
