Full training will be provided.Key responsibilities in the role include:* Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents. * Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses. * Dealing with exchanges and related paperwork. * Dealing with incoming post where appropriate. * Dealing with telephone enquires where possible. * Filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post and archiving. * General administration duties for the office and firm. The Person* Conveyancing experience is not essential for this role, however you will have a proven track record in a customer facing / call handling or retail background and be really keen to progress your career within conveyancing. * You will be a great communicator with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail . * You will be IT literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft office products
