We are searching for an individual who can display strong communication and problem-solving abilities to join our client’s customer service department. This role is suited to those who are highly organised as a key part of the role will require you to successfully manage your ever changing workload whilst dealing with incoming enquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop their career in a professional office-based environment, within a highly diverse and fast-growing sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with a high-quality after-sales service, resolving any queries and issues via telephone, email and live web chat.

  • Logging all communicationswith customers and third-party suppliers in the CRM.

  • Liaising with third-party engineers, managing and coordinating diaries and resolving any issues they may face whilst on-site.

  • Coordinating and communicating updates between external customers and third-party suppliers, to ensure all parties are informed of timeline updates.

  • Promotion of new and existing products to our client’s customers where applicable.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a high-intensity customer service environment, e.g. a call centre, retail or hospitality.

  • Experience handling and resolving customer queries and complaints.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, able to manage your workload and multitask effectively in what can sometimes be a high-pressured and time-sensitive environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven and effective telephone manner.

  • The ability to prioritise and manage a high workload of open cases and endeavour to exceed customer expectations by overachieving on set SLA’s.

  • Highly IT literate (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM’s, Operating Systems, Databases).

  • Experience working towards KPI targets & SLA agreements.

  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK would be advantageous.
