Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working within the department of the business which help clients with their home move.

You will be supporting other law firms and the end client assisting with the process helping with any queries and providing support and guidance to provide a seamless experience.

The role will be supporting other legal firms with the technology and procedures involved and assisting with applications to ensure they meet all criteria.

You will be also handling a high volume of queries over email and processing documents quickly and efficiently.

Profile

Customer Service experience required this could however be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Professional and personable able to build excellent relationships

The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Good attention to detail and organisation skills
