Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be first point of contact for businesses handling a variety of queries regarding the software solutions the company offers.

The role will deal with complex queries alongside a high volume of general queries the position will be extremely varied and will be ensuring each call is dealt with professionally and to a high standard.

You will be mainly dealing with customers over the phone and when required other platforms including email and chat services.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds and the business will look at transferable skills

Exceptional telephone manner and a confident communicator

The desire to learn and driven to progress and further your career

Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
