Our client a market leader in their field are looking for an experienced Customer service co-ordinator based on the outskirts of Leeds.
Based fully on site Mon - Thurs 8.30 -5 Fri 3pm finish
£12.50 -£13ph could lead to a permanent role
Duties include:
Taking call
Inputting orders
Processing orders
Escalating information
You will need experience in a similar role with a passion for customer service. You will need some knowledge of sage, MS word and Excel
