KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:Order processing including export orders and accompanying documentationRespond to telephone and email enquiriesInvestigate and complete all invoice queries for creditAdvise customers when delivery promises are compromisedInput sales prices, check and file for auditLiaise with production as required to ensure commitments are fulfilledLiaise with Haulier to ensure a product is delivered as promisedLiaise with Account Managers with regard to products and pricesMaintain price list and prices in SAPAction POD request via customer portalsRecord Service levels and KPI's
