Our client is an established manufacturing organisation, looking for a for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team based on the outskirts of Leeds.

If you are an experienced Customer Service Advisor, looking for an exciting new challenge then this could be the role for you!

The role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Supporting the external Sales Team to ensure customers receive world-class customer service.
  • Acting as the point of contact between customers and other internal departments in person and by telephone and email.
  • Attending internal, external and Teams meetings as required.
  • Taking briefs from colleagues and clients.
  • Requesting and obtaining price information.
  • Identifying cost or process improvement opportunities.
  • Negotiating and proactively managing any potential account issues.
  • Processing and raising orders to include progress-chasing.
  • Reviewing the daily schedule and monitoring jobs throughout the production cycle, maintaining knowledge of every job and its status and keeping clients updated of progress.
  • General administrative support.

About you:

  • Work well under pressure, with proven efficiency and the ability to work to production deadlines.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of needs and capabilities.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Can perform multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Have a positive attitude to achieving deadlines within demanding time frames.
  • Be willing to undertake training and development when required.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and communications skills.
  • Must have a proven track record in a similar role, ideally gained within the printing industry.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, working 8am to 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm or 7.30am - 4.30pm with one-hour unpaid lunch break.
