Description

As a Legal Customer Service Advisor you will be supporting customers who are going through the remortgage process handling a variety of enquiries ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

The role will be mainly telephone based and will be working alongside a team of case workers to guide clients throughout the process and chase up required documents for the file.

You will be also corresponding with third parties such as banks handling queries to enable the file to be progressed.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

The ability to work in fast paced customer focused environment

Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail

A good team player
