Job Description: Replenishment Assistant / Driver
Location: Leeds, LS10
Coverage Area: Throughout Yorkshire
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 60-minute break)
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with 30-minute break)

Salary - 26K

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and flexible Replenishment Assistant/Driver to join our team in Leeds. This role will involve replenishing stock to various customers across Yorkshire, with an average of 12 to 20 round trips per day. In addition to deliveries, you will be assisting in the warehouse when there are no deliveries to make. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ambition to grow with the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive to various customer locations across Yorkshire to replenish stock.
  • Ensure deliveries are made accurately and on time, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Assist in the warehouse during quieter periods when there are no deliveries to make.
  • Be proactive in learning and using different systems for stock replenishment and delivery management.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and customers to ensure smooth operations.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • A full, clean driving license is essential, no more then 6 points
  • Previous driving or delivery experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to use computers and scanners
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
