Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Scheduling service appointments and maintaining an organised service department
- Advising customers on necessary service and maintenance to be performed
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborating with technicians and other service advisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements
- An understanding of dealership operations and service processes
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum
