Customer Service Advisor - LeedsTemporary - initially 1 month - likely to be longerFully office based£23 - 26k per annum - paid weekly by the agencyI am working with a social housing provider to support them with the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis to cover a period of sickness.As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

  • Provide face-to-face customer service in the office, assisting tenants with queries and requests.
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance to ensure issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage rent queries and provide support to tenants regarding payment and account issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer-related concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
