- Provide face-to-face customer service in the office, assisting tenants with queries and requests.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance to ensure issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Manage rent queries and provide support to tenants regarding payment and account issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer-related concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
