Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and thriving Leeds-based business, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Support Administrator.

This role involves collating information and providing reports to partners, managing client files and addressing general queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely and accurate checks for all new and existing clients in line with the company standards.
  • Providing in depth reports to clients, by collating data and supporting with general queries.
  • Utilise software and other relevant databases to ensure thorough checks.
  • Facilitate communication with finance regarding credit vetting for potential clients.
  • Maintain and manage database to ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Handle other administrative and analytical tasks as required.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with lawyers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
