Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and thriving Leeds-based business, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Support Administrator.
This role involves collating information and providing reports to partners, managing client files and addressing general queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely and accurate checks for all new and existing clients in line with the company standards.
- Providing in depth reports to clients, by collating data and supporting with general queries.
- Utilise software and other relevant databases to ensure thorough checks.
- Facilitate communication with finance regarding credit vetting for potential clients.
- Maintain and manage database to ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Handle other administrative and analytical tasks as required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with lawyers and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
