Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified) - Baby Room

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator (or above) to join their team in the Baby Room. You will have your own group of key children, building strong relationships and supporting their developmental milestones through tailored care and activities.

As an Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for the children in your care.
  • Setting up the baby room environment to encourage exploration, creativity, and learning.
  • Observing and documenting each child's progress, supporting their emotional, physical, and social development.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the room runs smoothly and all children are well cared for.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and carers, providing updates and supporting their child's development.
  • Following safeguarding protocols and adhering to all nursery policies and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
  • Has experience working with babies and toddlers in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Demonstrates a genuine love for working with young children and helping them achieve their milestones.
  • Is proactive, reliable, and a good team player.
  • Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Is looking for career progression, with the potential to move into a Room Leader role in the future.
