Your role & responsibilities:
- Treating the students as we wis to be treated ourselves, understanding that they only have one childhood.
- Delivering catch-up sessions.
- Ensuring everyone’s voice can be heard.
- Being fair and unbiased so that everyone has an equal chance.
Non-negotiables:
- Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting.
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience.
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
