  • Treating the students as we wis to be treated ourselves, understanding that they only have one childhood.
  • Delivering catch-up sessions.
  • Ensuring everyone’s voice can be heard.
  • Being fair and unbiased so that everyone has an equal chance.  

Non-negotiables:

  • Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting.  
  • Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills.  
  • Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience.  
  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
