Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a senior 2nd line infrastructure support engineer with extensive experience in both on-premise Windows and Azure infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Active Directory, Exchange Office 365, and familiarity with VMWare, along with experience in an ITIL environment.
- This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year.
- The position is hybrid, requiring at least 2 days per week in the office located in West Yorkshire.
- Successful candidates will have opportunities for internal promotion and will contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
This will be a senior role in the 2nd line support team, effectively a level 2.5. It is a role that will suit someone close to progressing into a 3rd line or leadership role who enjoys working as technical mentor. If successful you will be joining an organisation that has an excellent reputation as an employer and a policy of promoting internally whenever possible.
This is a hybrid with at least 2 days per week in our clients office in West Yorkshire.
