Daniel Owen Agency is currently recruiting PTS Labourers for a rail project in Leeds. We are seeking experienced operatives with a strong background in PTS cable pulling to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing work within the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cable pulling and laying within a rail environment
- Work safely and efficiently following Network Rail guidelines
- Support skilled tradespeople and site supervisors as required
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with health and safety regulations
- Carry out general labouring duties as needed, including site preparation and tidying
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) card
- Proven experience in PTS cable pulling
- Understanding of railway health and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Full PPE (including safety boots, hi-vis, hard hat, gloves)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if required
