NJR Recruitment is currently working with a well known Independent Financial Advisory firm that specialise in providing high quality personal advice on many aspects of financial planning to individual and corporate clients.

Based in north Leeds, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to provide cradle to grave support to a team of Financial Planners, with both administration and paraplanning duties, as they provide advice on Pensions and Investments to their well established client banks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing client valuations and meeting packs
  • Undertaking general office duties
  • Liaising with providers to obtain information relating to client policies
  • Writing suitability letters
  • Inputting data onto client management system
  • Process applications/new business accurately and record the required management information
  • Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner
  • Ensure that files are complete post-sale with all required client identification documentation and necessary application forms

To apply for the role candidates should offer previous experience working for a Financial Services / Financial Planning Practice as an Administrator, and ideally have had experience writing suitability/reason why letters. Our client is looking for candidates offering an excellent attention to detail, accompanied by strong organisation and interpersonal skills. Solid use of MS Office Applications are also essential. Due to location, driving and access to a vehicle is essential.
