With the majority of the specialist work being within the Education sector but are currently pursuing other sectors as major areas of growth. As a director you will take on a number of responsibilities with the daily management of their office. Where you will look to manage the resources, manage and check the quality of work being produced by the team. You will ensure projects being worked on are being completed within the timed deadlines. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the generation of new business for the office, as well as continual business and relationship development of current clients. Finally, as a whole you will be ensuring that the office is performing to a high standards set and are you will be a focal point of growth within the region.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Associate or Director level Building Surveyor looking to be a part of a company's growth, where you will use your expertise to lead a growing and dynamic team. As well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to visit sites and clients across the region.This is an amazing opportunity to join an established yet growing consultancy, where you will work and manage and multitude of interesting projects for plethora of clientele, all whilst you build and lead your team to capatilse and continue the great period of growth across the region.The Role:

• Building, managing and leading a team of Building Surveyors

The Person:

• Director of Building Surveying
• Previous experience within a Associate or Director level position
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
• Commutable distance to their office in Leeds
