The Role:Â
We are experiencing a period of exciting growth and to support this we are scaling up our back-office integrations service team to help meet demand. With our continued expansion we have a vacancy for a brand-new Technical Integrator.Â
The successful candidate will be part of a wider team working closely with the Integrations Manager, with responsibilities for delivering best in class integration services along with technical support to a wide variety of businesses.  Â
The position is based in our modern, air-conditioned, Leeds office and includes a combination of office and home working arrangements. Typically the role allows 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, although this is subject to change at any time. It’s also worth noting that the first few months in the role would be more so 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home which will allow a smoother onboarding process along with a more thorough understanding of the business/training.Â
Key responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:Â

Reporting directly into the Integration & Gateway Manager.Â

Liaising across a wide variety of third parties including clients, banks and service providers.Â

Working closely with clients to resolve technical challenges and provide problem solving solutions.Â

Provide on-going technical assistance and support to our client success team.Â

Keep up-to-date with constantly changing integration API specifications.Â

Ensure that internal integration documentation is up-to-date.Â
What we are looking for from you:Â

Knowledge and experience of working in a technical environment.Â

Previous experience of working in a financial environment is an advantage.Â

Ability to problem solve. Â

Experience of self-managing workloads on a day-to-day basis and meeting SLA deadlines.Â

Personable communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues and service providers via telephone, video conferencing and email. Â

Confidently work with colleagues across all levels of the wider business and possess the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical people. Â

A team player that is self-motivated with a desire to achieve and the ability to work on own initiative.Â

A multi-tasker with a keen eye on attention to detail.  Â

Possess solid technical skills including HTML, PHP, SQL and Microsoft 365 suite of products.Â
