Job Title: Legionella Compliance ManagerLocation: Leeds, West YorkshireSalary/Benefits: £28k - £45kOur Client is seeking a hardworking and experienced Legionella Compliance Manager to join their professional and growing outfit in Yorkshire. Candidates will need a proven track record of working within the industry, with hands-on experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer and / or Legionella Risk Assessor. Ideally you will have experience upholding LCA accreditation and robust industry technical knowledge. We are able to accept applications from candidates of varying experience of working within the industry, such as Senior Consultants who would like to train towards the Compliance Manager role. Salaries are competitive and benefits are attractive.Candidates will ideally need to be located in or around: Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Barnsley, Wetherby, York, Selby, Pontefract, Goole, Thorne, Pontefract, Castleford, Garforth, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Worksop, Gainsborough, Scunthorpe, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Matlock, Worksop, Retford, Glossop, Rochdale, Buxton, Macclesfield, Stockport, Oldham, Wilmslow.Experience / Qualifications:- Must have hands-on experience working within a well-established company, as a Legionella Risk Assessor and Water Hygiene Engineer- Will ideally hold industry-related qualifications and training, such as City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessing- Knowledge of Process Systems such as Cooling Towers, Closed Systems and Steam Boilers- Experience managing teams of engineers and / or legionella risk assessors- Strong technical knowledge and compliance guidelines, including ACOP L8, HSG274 & HTM 0401 guidelines- IT proficient and excellent written ability- Communication with Clients on a daily basisThe Role:- Overseeing and upholding company-wide Water Hygiene / Legionella compliance in order to maintain LCA accreditation- Conducting quality checks to uphold standards and inspections- Maintaining knowledge of Health & Safety and industry requirements and upholding across the department- Working closely with the Operations and Management teams in order to track progress of works- Liaising directly with Clients, answering queries and providing technical support- Completing competency assessments on site staff, including Water Hygiene Engineers and Legionella Risk Assessors- Ensuring Legionella and Water Hygiene projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget- Growing and maintaining relationships with ClientsFuture Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
