A dynamic and creative events agency is looking for a Senior Production & Client Manager to lead production operations, manage client relationships, and ensure outstanding event execution. This role involves overseeing build processes, resourcing suppliers, managing budgets, and mentoring production team members. The ideal candidate will have experience working on experiential pop ups and events, extensive experience in event production, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on client communications and project management, fostering long-term relationships.
- Oversee event build processes, ensuring seamless execution within budget and timelines.
- Manage and mentor production team members, driving efficiency and collaboration.
- Handle AV requirements, supplier coordination, and resourcing for all event builds.
- Maintain project oversight, ensuring clear communication, scheduling, and timely delivery.
- Manage production budgets, optimising value and profitability.
- Ensure sustainable and efficient post-event logistics, including materials reuse and storage.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years’ experience in senior production management and event production.
- Strong background in build costing, supplier management, and large-scale event production.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A broad understanding of creative content development and event logistics.
- Experience managing production budgets and working across multiple projects.
- A strong network of trusted freelance talent and suppliers.
