About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Candidate to support the a fast-growing tech company based in Leeds. This role combines executive-level support with project management responsibilities, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic goals in a highly dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive and Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive, day-to-day support to the MD, with ad hoc assistance to other senior leaders.
- Manage and prioritise the MD’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and engagements.
- Oversee the MD’s inbox, drafting correspondence and managing communications.
Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects, such as office relocations, system implementations, and tech-focused initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the MD and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
Stakeholder and Board Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the MD, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings alongside or on behalf of the MD, capturing action points and following up to ensure completion.
Communication and Strategy Support:
- Draft company updates, internal memos, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data for business development, market analysis, and investment opportunities.
Financial and Legal Support:
- Manage expense reports, mileage claims, and reconciliations for the MD and team.
- Conduct initial reviews of legal documents, flagging potential concerns for the MD’s attention.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Support, ideally within the tech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
