We are looking for an experienced EA to further support the continuous development of the team and company. Some of the key duties will include:
  • Providing efficient, responsive and high level admin, organisational and logistical support to the team of Directors.
  • Managing the day to day schedules of the Directors including diary management, meeting co-ordination and managing incoming emails.
  • Co-ordinating and preparing for meetings including presentations, reports, data analysing and agendas
  • Plan and oversee travel arrangements, events and offsite meetings
  • Supporting the team on projects, conducting research, preparing documents and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing general administration support as required
  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism and maintaining high levels of confidentiality 
What we are looking for?If you are highly organised, looking to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team, demonstrating a proactive approach this could be the role for you. We are looking for people with the following:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA within an SME or Tech organisation is essential
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, able to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal along with the ability to build a rapport with wide range of individuals.
  • It is important to be proficient in MS Office Suite, all MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook.
  • Experience of using Teams or similar
  • Any experience of using Salesforce would be highly beneficial 
  • Proactive  and a problem solving approach when managing multiple tasks.
  • Able to demonstrate experience of managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
