We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our C-suite team in Leeds. This role is essential to our leadership team, providing executive support, handling high-level administrative tasks, and assisting with core HR administration.

You must have years of experience as an EA at C-SUITE Level. In addition, you will also have had exposure to basic HR admin.

Description

Executive Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support
    • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CEO and other C-suite executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
    • Act as a liaison between the C-suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-ups.
    • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • HR Administration
    • Assist with HR-related activities, such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
    • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting with initial screenings as needed.
    • Support the C-suite in developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Handle general HR inquiries and provide guidance on basic HR procedures and documentation.

Profile

Executive Assistant - Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or senior-level management.
  • Background in HR administration or an understanding of HR processes is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
