Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Production Operative for a well-established manufacturing business in Sherburn in Elmet.
The role offers working hours from Monday to Thursday 7.15am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.15am to 12.15pm.
The salary for this position is £24,960 per year, which equates to £12.00 per hour.
Candidates should have experience in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and a full, clean driving license.
This opportunity includes 30 days of holidays, a paid Christmas shutdown, and a pension scheme.

Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor Team is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Sherburn in Elmet. We are currently supporting the business in their search for a skilled Production Operative to join their team.

Working Hours & Pay

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.15am- 4.30pm & Friday 7.15am - 12.15pm.

Salary: £24,960 (12.00 p/h)

Holidays: 30 Days inclusive of Bank Holiday

Benefits: Paid Christmas shutdown, Pension scheme

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
Familiarity with inspection equipment (advantageous)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A proactive and motivated approach to work
Great attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Team player with a willingness to support others
Full, clean driving license required
